Users are responsible for maintaining account security and notifying us of unauthorized access.

4. Platform Use

Platform use is for lawful recruitment only. Misuse such as spamming, data scraping, or unauthorized automation is prohibited.

5. User Content

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of content they publish. SudanNext reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms, applicable laws, or platform policies.

6. Access Levels

Employer accounts may create sub-users with access levels such as Manager, Deputy, Officer, Viewer, or No Access. Assigned permissions must be respected.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and system functionality are the property of SudanNext unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Third-Party and External Job Listings

SudanNext may display job opportunities sourced from third-party organizations, employers, or external platforms for informational purposes only. For such listings, SudanNext does not act as the hiring entity and does not participate in the recruitment, selection, or hiring process. Applications for external vacancies are submitted directly through the hiring organization’s official website or designated application channels.

Unless explicitly stated, the publication of external job listings does not imply partnership, affiliation, or endorsement between SudanVacancies and the hiring organization.

9. Disclaimers

SudanNext does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of job postings, particularly those provided by third parties. Users access and apply for vacancies at their own discretion and risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

SudanNext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to reliance on job information or interactions with third-party employers.

11. Termination

SudanNext reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms. Users may discontinue use of the platform at any time.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Sudan. Any disputes shall be resolved through competent local courts or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, where applicable.

13. Changes to Terms

SudanNext may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
